Tiffany Madia Dixon, a 12-year-old girl from Brooklyn, New York, disappeared on October 10, 1991. She was last seen around 7:30 a.m. after walking her eight-year-old brother to Carroll Elementary School in Carroll Gardens. After dropping him off, she began the short walk to her own school, Junior High School 142, located just a few blocks away. However, Tiffany never arrived at her school, and she has not been seen or heard from since.
