Billy Joe Storkson, a 26-year-old man, was last seen in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on October 22, 1991. He was reported missing after contacting multiple friends and family members from Carl's Lounge, a bar located at 1100 S. Denver Avenue. During the early hours of that day, he made several calls requesting to be picked up, as he was reportedly intoxicated.
