Annalycia Maria Cruz, just seven months old, went missing on July 9, 1994, from Chiloquin, Oregon, under suspicious circumstances. On that day, she was with her mother's boyfriend, William Russell Spear, who had taken her on a fishing trip. Spear reported that he left Annalycia in the car while he briefly went into Clyde's Market to buy an apple. Upon returning, he claimed the infant was gone.
