Buffy Sue Harris, also known as Buffy Mayo, was last seen on July 12, 1994, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The 25-year-old woman left her residence on South Utica Avenue around 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. to buy cigarettes, according to her husband, but she never returned. At the time of her disappearance, Buffy was living with her husband and was known to frequent areas around 11th Street and Utica Avenue, as well as Fifth Street and Birmingham Avenue.
