John J. Markley Jr., aged 36, was last seen on December 15, 1995, in Bristolville, Ohio, along with his wife, Shelly Markley. The couple disappeared under mysterious circumstances after putting their youngest child on the school bus in the morning. Their five children returned home later that day to find the house unlocked but their parents gone.
