In the summer of 1996, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, a 16-year-old girl named Angela Stevens vanished, leaving behind a mystery that has endured for decades. On the morning of July 2nd, at approximately 6:46 AM, Angela was seen for the last time by a staff member at the CHINS-UP facility, from which she then ran away.
