Angela Stevens, a 16-year-old from Colorado Springs, was reported missing on July 2, 1996. She was last seen at approximately 6:46 a.m. by a staff member at the CHINS-UP facility, a youth program she was residing in at the time. Angela reportedly ran from the facility and was not heard from again until the following day, July 3, when she made a phone call stating that she was at Memorial Hospital and that a friend was coming to pick her up.
