Ronnie Bolin, a 33-year-old former minister from Jefferson County, Missouri, was last seen on July 8, 1996. His vehicle was discovered the following day, abandoned in the parking lot of a car wash in North St. Louis. The keys were still inside the car, and the driver’s side door was wide open, but there was no sign of Bolin.
