In the spring of 1997, on Easter Sunday, Charles 'Chris' Massey was last seen in Madisonville, Kentucky. The 29-year-old was reportedly delivering Easter baskets to people in the area, including his own children with whom he visited regularly though they lived with their mother. After that day, March 30, 1997, he was never seen again, though his sister reportedly spoke with him on the phone on April 2nd.
