Charles Christopher Massey, aged 29, was last seen on March 30, 1997, in Madisonville, Kentucky. He was delivering Easter baskets to his children in the area before he disappeared. Massey's last known contact was a phone conversation with his sister on April 2, but after that, there were no further communications, and he has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Massey lived in Hanson, Kentucky.
