Tineshia Rene Jackson, a 16-year-old girl from West Covina, California, was last seen on March 2, 1998, at her residence on Hawaii Street. She was living with her 19-year-old boyfriend, Sean Spenser. After her disappearance, Spenser confided in a friend that he had killed her. He tragically took his own life just three days later, leaving many unanswered questions. Authorities were unable to confirm Spenser's confession, and Tineshia has remained missing ever since.
