Tineshia Rene Jackson, a 16-year-old girl from West Covina, California, was last seen on March 2, 1998, at her residence on Hawaii Street. She was living with her 19-year-old boyfriend, Sean Spenser. After her disappearance, Spenser confided in a friend that he had killed her. He tragically took his own life just three days later, leaving many unanswered questions. Authorities were unable to confirm Spenser's confession, and Tineshia has remained missing ever since.
Tineshia had a history of leaving home for short periods, but she was typically found with friends afterward. Her disappearance has led investigators to suspect foul play. At the time she went missing, Tineshia had several distinctive tattoos, including her name "Tineshia" on her back or chest, a rose on her upper thigh, and the phrase "Trust No Man" elsewhere on her body. Despite various leads and efforts, her case remains unsolved.
Anyone with information about her disappearance is encouraged to contact the West Covina Police Department.
