Charlene Annette Rosser, a 28-year-old woman from Eureka, California, was last seen on April 12, 1998. Her disappearance was shrouded in mystery for years. In 2003, skeletal remains were discovered in a wooded area off State Route 89 in Sierra County, near Calpine, California. It wasn't until 2012, through DNA analysis, that these remains were identified as belonging to Charlene Rosser.
