Hope Ann Moore, a 32-year-old woman, went missing on April 25, 1999, in Galveston, Texas. At the time, she was living with her boyfriend, Clint Kent, and his brother, Scott Kent. Moore was last seen leaving her residence in a beat-up Chevrolet Impala after packing some clothes and her checkbook.
