In the late autumn of 1999, a young man named Michael Scott Lattimer, known to his friends and family as Mike, vanished from the small community of Ridgeway, Ohio. Eighteen at the time, Michael was last seen on November 23rd. On the day he disappeared, he had made plans to finalize the purchase of a vehicle by picking up the title. However, Michael never completed this errand and was never seen or heard from again. A family acquaintance grew concerned and reported him missing later that same day ...
