Trevell Lamar Henley, aged 15, was last seen on July 2, 1999, in Columbus, Ohio. He left his home that day to visit his friend, Dalin Green, who lived nearby on Republic Avenue. Trevell never returned, and his grandmother reported him missing the next day. At the time of his disappearance, Trevell was wearing a cast on his left hand due to a gunshot wound he had sustained a few days earlier, on June 28.
