Reginald Kirtdoll, a 17-year-old from Dallas, Texas, was last seen on January 23, 2001, leaving school. At the time, he was wearing a black and blue polo shirt, blue jeans, and black and white Reebok sneakers. Reginald had a distinctive tattoo on his left arm with the initials "RLK" and a scar under his right eye. Two days after his disappearance, his 1987 Chevrolet Caprice was found abandoned and torched in Kaufman County, Texas, but there was no sign of him at the scene.
Authorities later learned that Reginald may have gone to an apartment in Balch Springs, Texas, to collect money from a drug transaction. Investigators found his blood and DNA in the apartment, leading to capital murder charges against two suspects: Veronica Greenlee and her brother Terrel James Weisse. Weisse was eventually convicted and sentenced to 25 years in prison, but Reginald's body has never been found.
