An elderly man named Willis B. Stark, known to his loved ones as Bill, vanished on November 14, 2001. At eighty-five years old, Stark was living with Alzheimer's Disease, a condition that could cause him to become disoriented. On the day he went missing, he was seen about eight miles east of Pell City, Alabama, where he had stopped at a body shop to ask for directions to his home in Tuscaloosa.
