Willis B. "Bill" Stark, 85, has been missing since November. Police do not suspect foul play but believe Stark became disoriented and lost.
Stark was reported missing Nov. 14 after a neighbor noticed he didn't return from a trip to the police station. He had asked for directions to the station on Mill Creek Avenue to pick up an accident report, but police said he never made it there.
