In the early summer of 2006, the life of 46-year-old Gail Velita Franklin took a turn that left her family and community with unending questions. On June 19th of that year, Gail was last seen leaving a residence near the Roger Williams public housing complex in Prichard, Alabama. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a yellow shirt and white pants.
