Bryan Dos Santos-Gomes, an infant only four weeks old, was abducted on December 1, 2006, in Fort Myers, Florida. At the time, Bryan was with his mother, Maria, and her friend when a woman driving a black SUV approached them, asking for directions. The woman followed the bus they boarded, eventually persuading Maria and her friend to get into her vehicle. After making threatening demands, the woman forced Maria and her friend out of the car, leaving Bryan behind as she drove away.
