Joseph Hany Booth-Metwally, a 17-year-old high school student, was last seen on the morning of December 14, 2006, in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, California. At around 7:30 a.m., Joseph left his home, reportedly wearing a black shirt, dark blue ECKO jeans, black sneakers, and a black beanie. He has a distinctive appendectomy scar on his abdomen and is biracial, of Black and Egyptian descent. His family and friends referred to him by the nickname "Joe."
