In the days leading up to the holiday season of 2006, the life of Nicholle Torrez, a 27-year-old mother, took a devastating and mysterious turn. Residing with her mother and three children near Denver's Sloan's Lake, Nicholle was a familiar face at the Sally Beauty Supply where she worked.
