Kelly Gray Gaskins, aged 19, was last heard from on January 18, 2007, when she contacted her mother from Matamoros, Mexico. Originally from Chocowinity, North Carolina, Kelly had left her hometown with her boyfriend, Ervin Braxton Williams, in late December 2006. Kelly had been on probation for a misdemeanor drug charge, and her departure to Texas and Mexico was a violation of that probation.
