William Charles Bisbee, aged 56, went missing from Virginia Beach, Virginia, on March 13, 2007. He was last seen while on his way to northwest Arkansas and may have made a stop in Little Rock, Arkansas. Despite being seen in Virginia Beach on that day, he was never heard from again. There have been very few details released about his disappearance, leaving many questions about his fate. Bisbee had a pre-existing heart condition, which adds to the concern for his well-being.
