Janet Lollisa Tillman, a 49-year-old woman from Belleville, Illinois, was last seen on October 28, 2007, in East Saint Louis. She was reportedly picked up by a Black male driving a dark red car near Ninth Street and Exchange Avenue. This sighting was the last confirmed moment anyone saw her, and she has not been heard from since.
