Harvey Ivan Skolnick, a 65-year-old man from Gresham, Oregon, was last heard from on November 15, 2007, when he spoke to his sister by phone. Three days later, on November 18, his red 1998 Subaru Forester was found abandoned up an embankment on Salmon River Road near Welches, Oregon. The vehicle's windshield and lights had been smashed, but there was no sign of Harvey.
