Devinee Pingul, a 17-year-old girl, was last seen on December 14, 2007, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She left her home and got into a black vehicle driven by a man known only by the street name "Dougie Fresh." After this, she was never seen or heard from again. Authorities have classified her case as an endangered runaway, with the belief that she may have voluntarily left.
