In the spring of 2008, a family in Palatine, Illinois, was forever changed by the disappearance of a one-year-old boy named Fabricio Herman Barajas. The last time he was seen was on April 23rd of that year. At the time he went missing, he was just a toddler, standing at approximately 2 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 25 pounds.
