In the quiet town of Vinita, Oklahoma, a native of the Cherokee Nation, 54-year-old Robert Charles Livers, vanished on the evening of April 26, 2008. At the time of his disappearance, he was a resident of Edna Lee's Residential Care Home. Livers, who contended with several serious health issues including diabetes, mental illness, and seizures, was reportedly in a state of disorientation in the days leading up to his disappearance due to recent seizures.
