Marlo Moku, a 33-year-old mother of three, was last seen on September 23, 2008, in Hilo, Hawaii. That day, she left her home around 11:30 a.m. to run errands, including a stop at a 7-Eleven store on Kaumana Drive. Her boyfriend, who was home during his lunch break, convinced her to leave their 2-year-old daughter at home. Moku never returned and missed picking up her other children from school later that day, which was unusual for her, as she was known to be a dedicated and loving mother.
