Michael Maurice Rustin, a 33-year-old man from Salisbury, North Carolina, was last seen on April 19, 2009. On that day, surveillance footage captured him pulling into the parking lot of the Latin Mix convenience store on South Fulton Street. He exited his vehicle and was seen getting into a blue Chevrolet Impala with two Hispanic men.
