Donald Franklin Pulley, 56, was last seen on October 28, 2009, in the 900 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He was known to frequent the Colony Trailer Park area and was possibly riding a bicycle at the time of his disappearance. Pulley stood 5'5" tall, weighed around 155 pounds, and had brown hair and blue eyes. Despite extensive efforts, there have been few leads in his case, and he has not been heard from since.
