Katherine Anne Truitt, 37, disappeared on January 6, 2010, from Alameda, California. Her tan Ford Ranger was later found at McClures Beach in Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin County, on January 9, 2010. Inside the truck, two of her dogs were discovered, while a third dog was found leashed to a rock nearby. Katherine, an avid hiker familiar with the area, had frequently visited the Point Reyes trails.
