Ann Bernice Duncan, 31, was last seen on October 3, 1969, in San Francisco, California, when she attended a scheduled appointment with social services regarding the foster care placement of her six-week-old son. Ann never attended her subsequent appointments, and all contact with her ceased. Her baby was later declared abandoned and placed for adoption.
