Evangeline Silva, a 19-year-old from Oakley, California, was last seen on the evening of July 16, 1977. She was with her 16-year-old sister Rebecca Rodriguez and her 25-year-old boyfriend, Kenneth John Beltram. The three were at Brentwood Park and told others they were either heading home to Oakley or going to Hogg Island. They left the park in Beltram’s car, a pearl-white 1960 Chevrolet, and none of them have been seen since.
