Lillie Darlene Miller, a 21-year-old woman from Riviera Beach, Florida, disappeared under mysterious circumstances on December 11, 1981. At the time, Miller was working as a secretary for the Riviera Beach City Hall. On the day of her disappearance, she left her office around noon to have lunch with her fiancé, Otis Morgan, at his apartment in West Palm Beach. According to Morgan, they had lunch together, but Miller never returned to work and was never seen or heard from again.
