Taras Petriv, a 25-year-old man, was last seen on March 31, 1983, in Rochester, New York. Standing 6'0" tall and weighing around 190 pounds, Petriv had shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes. On the day of his disappearance, he was wearing a three-quarter-length camel-colored coat and may have also been wearing a hat.
