On a tragic Monday afternoon in Williston, North Dakota, the life of 16-year-old Anne White, a Caucasian female, was cut short. On October 18, 2010, in the front yard of her home at the Glenn Villa Trailer Park, Anne was shot by her 18-year-old former boyfriend, Gabriel Dye.
