Elizabeth A. Eisel, a 23-year-old woman, was last seen on September 3, 1985, in Bellevue, Washington. After being adopted at birth and later experiencing the loss of her adoptive mother and brother in a car accident, Eisel became determined to reconnect with her birth family. She eventually tracked down her half-brother, Steven DeLoge, and moved in with him, where they began a relationship and had a child together in 1983.
