Isabel Rizzo, a 34-year-old woman from New Rochelle, New York, was last seen on November 23, 1987. Her husband, Frank Rizzo, reported returning home at 2:30 a.m. to find their infant daughter alone in her crib and Isabel missing. Her personal belongings, including her identification, money, credit cards, and handbag, were all left behind. Isabel's car was later found burned near the entrance to I-95 in the Bronx on December 10, 1987, but no further clues emerged regarding her whereabouts. ...
