Norma Elizabeth Parkinson, a 64-year-old woman from Texas, was last seen on January 24, 1990, at a Red Roof Inn in Hamburg, New York. Parkinson had been traveling across the United States and Canada in her 1989 recreational vehicle for about 15 months. Her vehicle broke down, and while it was being repaired, she stayed at the inn. However, she never returned to pick up the vehicle, prompting the repair shop to report it to the police.
