Arthur James Warren Jr., a 31-year-old electrician from Salina, New York, was last seen on May 26, 1990, following a tragic boating accident on the St. Lawrence River near Alexandria Bay. Warren was riding in a 22-foot speedboat with three others when the boat struck an eight-ton buoy near Wellesley Island, between 1:30 and 2:00 a.m. The crash destroyed the boat.
