In the spring of 1991, a 33-year-old woman named Pamela Sue Dalton vanished. She was last seen in St. Louis, Missouri, around May 1st of that year. At the time of her disappearance, Pamela was a mother to two young boys. She was described as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. Distinctive features included a discoloration on her left wrist, a C-section scar, a tattoo of a rose on her breast, and a tattoo on her ankle that read either 'Lynn Allen' or 'LAD'.
