James Dupree Lewis Jr., a 4-year-old boy from Lancaster City, Pennsylvania, was reported missing on July 28, 1991. His mother's boyfriend, Maurice Marcell Martin, initially told police that he had left James, nicknamed "Squirt," in a car while he went into a Giant Food supermarket.
