Belinda Frances Norred, a 36-year-old mother of two, was last seen on August 6, 1992, at her home in the Shadowood Mobile Home Park in Acworth, Georgia. She was in the midst of an argument with her boyfriend, Steven Creasman, when they both left in her silver Nissan pickup truck.
