In July of 1996, a 29-year-old man named Robert 'Rob' Mohney vanished from his home in Westerville, Ohio, leaving behind a life that, by all accounts, was stable and unassuming. On July 18, 1996, he was at his residence on Central College Road. That evening, he had come home from his construction job and prepared a steak for dinner. What happened next remains a mystery.
