William Garner, a 56-year-old man from Lumpkin County, Georgia, was last seen on April 23, 2019, under concerning circumstances. Garner, who was dealing with serious medical conditions and was without access to his necessary medications, had been checked into a mental health facility in Gwinnett County following a suicide attempt.
