In the spring of 2019, the family of William David Garner, a 56-year-old man from Cumming, Georgia, grew increasingly concerned for his welfare. His brother, Tracy Garner, last spoke to him on April 23, 2019, as he was being taken to Lakeview Medical Center in Peachtree Corners.
