James Ellis, age 56, was last seen on January 12, 2019, in Atlanta, Georgia. A welfare check was requested when his family and friends lost contact with him. When authorities arrived at his apartment, it was found empty, and his vehicle was missing. Several months later, his vehicle was located abandoned in another county.
