Robert Wayne Turner, age 47, was last seen on July 2, 1999, in Las Vegas, Nevada. On that day, he dropped off tools at his brother's house, informing him that he was heading to Death Valley, California, to meet some people. Turner also mentioned he had a job lined up in San Francisco that would require the tools. However, he never returned to retrieve them and has not been heard from since.
