John Patrick Morrissey, aged 62, was last seen on July 14, 1999, near International Falls, Minnesota. Morrissey was spotted sitting in his car by the roadside on U.S. 71, about 45 miles southwest of International Falls. Local residents reported the suspicious sighting, prompting a sheriff’s deputy to check on him.
