Monica Arellano, age 7, was last seen on July 26, 1999, at her home in Yuba City, California. On that day, her mother, Blanca Alicia Duenas Arellano, was tragically found murdered in their home, having been stabbed multiple times. Monica and her younger brother, Victor, disappeared the same day, and authorities believe they were taken by their father, Francisco Arellano, who is the prime suspect in Blanca's murder.
