Tom Sayre, a 37-year-old man, went missing on August 17, 1999. He was last seen leaving Big Pine Key, Florida, in his boat, intending to travel up the Gulf Coast. Sayre, who was described as 5'10" with brown hair and blue eyes, had a scar on his back. There is limited information about the circumstances leading up to his disappearance, but his boat journey was never completed, and he has not been heard from since.
