In the winter of February 2000, 63-year-old Johnny E. Rosas, a resident of Tucson, Arizona, vanished from his home. He was a Hispanic/Latino and White/Caucasian man with graying hair and brown eyes. Standing at five feet eight inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds, he was a familiar presence to those who knew him. One of his distinguishing features was a scar on his right arm.
